Small joys in the musical journey of my students

Music to my ears … thanks to their dedication, several students reporting being selected to various choirs in the metroplex (North Texas Children Choir, Honor choir, Metroplex choir and Plano and Allen ISD Select Choir) through competitive auditions. One incident I can’t forget…. got a call the night before the auditions with the request “auntie, can you help me practice?” Immense pleasure that the child took the initiative. Congratulations to the children and their parents.
